• 2 ounces 1812 Gin
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth

Pour gin and sweet vermouth into an ice filled cocktail shaker. Stir with a bar spoon and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a fresh lemon peel.

In a tall glass, add ice and vodka. Fill with your favorite bloody concoction. We suggest tomato juice, Worchester Sauce, olive juice, celery salt, black pepper and a dollop of horseradish. Garnish with no prejudice.

  • unsweetened ice tea

Pour vodka, apple juice, iced tea and simple syrup in a tall glass over ice. Stir with a bar and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Burning of Buffalo

  • 1 oz 1812 Vodka
  • 1 freshly squeezed lime
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • fresh cut jalapeno pepper

Pour vodka, lime, simple syrup and three to four sliced peppers in a glass. Muddle the peppers to infuse the flavors. Fill with ice and enjoy the subtle burn.
